Brand Strategy
& Identity.

Most agencies will sell you a logo. We build the argument for your existence — a position your customer can repeat at dinner, an identity your competitor can't copy, and a voice your own team actually uses.

01 — The Straight Talk

Ten years of
scar tissue, applied.

Here is what ten years taught me about branding in Singapore: the market is too small, too fast and too expensive for a vague brand to survive. When a customer can't tell you apart from the shop two units down or the competitor two clicks away, you don't lose the sale — you lose the margin. You end up competing on price, promo and GrabFood placement, forever.

Strategy is the cheapest thing you will ever buy from us, and the most valuable. It decides what every dollar after it does. A sharp position makes your media cheaper, your content faster to produce, your sales conversations shorter, and your agency (us) accountable to something concrete. A fuzzy one guarantees you'll pay for the same lesson twice.

02 — Diagnosis

Signs you have
this gap.

Symptom /01

Price is your only pitch

Customers choose you when you're cheapest and vanish when you're not. That's not loyalty — that's arithmetic.

Symptom /02

Every channel sounds different

Your website is corporate, your TikTok is chaotic, your sales deck is from 2019. Three brands, one budget.

Symptom /03

Nobody can repeat your pitch

Ask your own team what makes you different. If you get five answers, your customers get zero.

Symptom /04

The logo is fine, the brand is invisible

You've rebranded the surface twice but the story underneath never changed.

Symptom /05

New launches don't lift

Every product starts from scratch because the master brand carries no meaning to borrow.

Symptom /06

Hiring is harder than it should be

Talent joins brands that stand for something. Yours currently stands for 'available'.

03 — What You Get

Deliverables,
not decks.

/01Brand audit & research

Customer interviews, competitor teardown, category mapping. We find out what people actually believe about you — not what the last deck claimed.

/02Positioning & architecture

The single argument for your existence, and how every product, sub-brand and service hangs off it.

/03Naming

For new brands, products and holding structures — screened for meaning across English, Mandarin and Malay, and for trademark sanity in SG.

/04Visual identity

Logo system, colour, typography, art direction — built to survive a hawker signboard and a Series B deck alike.

/05Verbal identity & voice

Tagline, messaging house, tone rules with real examples your team can imitate without us in the room.

/06Brand guidelines & rollout

A living operating system with templates your designers, vendors and interns actually follow — plus rollout across every touchpoint.

04 — How It Works

The method,
applied here.

01

Interrogate

We interview your customers, your team and your numbers. Most positioning problems are diagnosed in the gap between what you say and what buyers repeat.

02

Position

One argument, chosen from evidence, stress-tested against every competitor's counter-move. We present three roads and tell you which one we'd bet on.

03

Design

Identity built from the strategy — not from a moodboard. Every choice traceable to the position.

04

Arm the team

Guidelines, templates and training so the brand survives contact with day-to-day operations. We stay on call for the first 90 days of rollout.

“A brand is not your logo. It's the shortcut in your customer's head — and either you author it, or the market authors it for you.”

05 — Straight Answers

Asked every week.

How much does branding cost in Singapore?

Serious brand strategy and identity work in Singapore typically ranges from the low five figures for a focused startup engagement to six figures for multi-market rebrands. We scope after the audit, so you pay against the size of your gap — not a standard package. You'll know the number before any work begins.

How long does a rebrand take?

A focused brand-and-identity build runs 8–12 weeks. A full rebrand with architecture, naming and multi-channel rollout runs 4–6 months. Anyone promising a strategy-backed rebrand in a fortnight is selling you a template.

We already have a logo we like. Do we need this?

Maybe not. If customers can articulate why they choose you and your channels all tell that story, keep your money. If the logo is loved but the story is missing, we build strategy under the identity you have — no forced rebrand.
